Okay, I'm back!
Today was a very busy day. We rode the carriages and I met a second year who could see the Thestrals. All of us students that were here to see the battle can see them, but most of the newer kids can't. Makes me wonder what happened and whether or not it was because of Voldemort. She wouldn't look me in the eye, I think it's because I am a Slytherin, which just supports the theory.
I met up with my friends outside the great hall. We all hugged and talked a bit before we seperated to our own house tables. It sucks that I'm the only one in that group that is a Slytherin, but they don't mind. They're such great friends, stickin
